Our client is seeking a detail-oriented HR Executive to join their team on a 2-month contract, with the possibility of extension.
Highlights:
Immediate Hiring (Mid-May)
Location: Alexandra (Nearest MRT, Labrador Park)
Working Hours: 8.30am - 6pm
Monday - Friday
Responsibilities:
Review employee personnel files to ensure all necessary documents are present and correctly filed.
Organize and categorize documents within each personnel file according to established HR protocols.
Identify and report any discrepancies or missing information in the personnel files.
Assist in archiving and digitizing personnel files as required.
Maintain confidentiality and security of all employee records and information.
Collaborate with HR team members to ensure the clean-up project is completed efficiently and accurately.
Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Requirements:
Must be able to commit for at least 2 months
Prior administrative or clerical experience, preferably in an HR setting.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
