Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support



Manage the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics.


Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails and correspondence on behalf of the Director.


Organize travel itineraries, accommodations, and related arrangements.


Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items for meetings.


Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Help coordinate outreach to potential partners and clients.
Draft proposals, pitch decks, and reports in collaboration with the Director.


Marketing Coordination



Support development and distribution of marketing content (presentations, brochures, newsletters).

Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and agencies as needed.


Help organize and promote events, webinars, or campaigns related to business growth.



Communication & Presentation



Draft, proofread, and edit professional communications on behalf of the Director.


Design, update, and format presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides) for internal and external use.


Maintain and update contact lists, CRM systems, or outreach trackers.



Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.


2–5 years of experience in a similar role (EA, BD coordinator, or marketing assistant preferred).


Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.


Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.


Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Workspace; knowledge of Canva, CRM tools, or social media tools is a plus.


High level of discretion, initiative, and attention to detail.


Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
