As we expand globally, we’re looking for a dynamic Head of Production and Outbound Logistics to lead our manufacturing operations and outbound supply chain.
Role Summary:
Reporting to the COO/GM, you’ll oversee end-to-end perfume and home scent production, manage a lean team, and ensure timely, compliant delivery of orders globally. This role demands strong leadership, hands-on logistics experience, and ideally, Dangerous Goods (DG) certification.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily perfume production from raw materials to packaging of finished goods
Develop production schedules based on forecasts and sales
Optimize output and efficiency through KPI tracking and workflow management
Lead, motivate, and manage a production team of 3 people
Supervise outbound logistics for local, regional, and international shipments
Coordinate with freight partners and manage documentation, including DG requirements
Ensure compliance with export/import laws and quality standards
Collaborate with sales, procurement, planning, and warehouse teams
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
3 to 8 years’ experience in production/logistics, preferably in fragrance, beauty, or FMCG
Proven leader with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Familiar with global shipping and customs regulations
ERP system and production planning expertise
Dangerous Goods (DG) certified is a strong advantage
Fluent in English
