Job Responsibilities:



Coordinate the implementation of learning and development programmes


Schedule and manage training sessions, liaise with trainers, facilitators, and participants

Prepare and organise training materials and ensure logistical readiness for all sessions

Prepare training reports on training outcomes and metrics for internal and external stakeholders


Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records
Analyse feedback and provide recommendations for continuous improvement

Manage and update content on the eLearning platform, administer user accounts, and troubleshoot issues as needed

Assist in organising staff wellness events and work/process improvement initiatives if needed

Job Requirements:

Highest Educational Qualification: A Level/Diploma
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
