  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:


Conceptualise and design health and wellness programmes to promote physical activity among seniors.
Co-create content and digital resources based on target audience segments.
Conduct group health and wellness coaching sessions for seniors at designated locations and outreach settings.
Facilitate training sessions to prepare instructors to lead programmes.
Carry out data collection and analysis to support programme evaluation.


Requirements:


Tertiary Qualifications in Sports & Exercise Science with 2 years of experience in content development for exercise, health and wellness programmes.
Open to potential changing nature of work scope, enthusiastic and willing to learn on the job.
