Key Responsibilities:
Monitor GoHighLevel (GHL) platform daily to track client leads
Convert leads into appointments using our WhatsApp automation
Follow up with client leads via phone calls to book appointments
Manage ad hoc tasks including coordinating with freelancers on Upwork
Create detailed reports on lead status and campaign performance
Handle administrative tasks like scheduling meetings and managing correspondence
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve processes
Qualifications:
Experience in administrative roles, preferably in marketing
Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms (GHL preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Experience managing freelancers on platforms like Upwork
Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities
