Working Days: 5 to 5.5 days per week
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM (rotational basis, will be rotated among the department)
Note: Only required to work one full Saturday per month (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM). A ½-day off will be provided in return.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle partial accounts payable & receivables
Reconcile sales receipts and cash transactions
Perform data entry (e.g., keying receipt vouchers into the accounting system)
Ensure accurate recording of sales in the system with all necessary documents
Liaise with outlets and departments to verify and match transactions
Support month-end and year-end closing
Carry out any ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)
Minimum GCE O-Level
At least 1 year of relevant experience (exp in the manufacturing industry is a plus)
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
