Working Days: 5.5 days per week
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM (rotational basis, will be rotated among the department)
Note: Only required to work one full Saturday per month (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM). A ½-day off will be provided in return.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily issuance of delivery orders, sales invoicing, and returns
Monitor and reconcile bank transactions and follow up on outstanding payments
Coordinate cheque collection and deposit processes
Handle monthly inter-company billing and ensure completeness of financial entries
Verify invoices and ensure timely payment processing
Maintain up-to-date accounting schedules and perform payment reconciliations
Support financial month-end closing and assist in audit preparations
Track lease agreements and manage related accounting entries (depreciation, interest, etc.)
Generate financial reports and schedules for management and auditors
Requirement:
Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Proficient in ACCPAC or other accounting software
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong attention to detail with excellent data accuracy
Self-motivated and capable of meeting deadlines independently
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
