Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Working Days: Every 4 days of work, 1 day off (e.g., Mon-Thurs work, Fri off > Sat-Tues work, Wed off)



Key Responsibilities:

Ensure baked products (buns, pastries, etc.) meet the company’s quality and freshness standards.

Train and guide bakers and kitchen staff to maintain consistency and product presentation.

Develop and enhance recipes based on customer feedback and market trends.

Provide hands-on baking support during peak periods or when manpower is short.

Work closely with the team and management to improve baking processes, test new recipes, and increase production efficiency.




Requirements:

Proven hands-on experience in baking (breads/pastries), with a preference for manufacturing or central kitchen experience.
Strong knowledge of quality control, food safety standards, and production efficiency.
Leadership experience with the ability to train and inspire bakery staff.
Creative mindset with a passion for recipe development and bakery innovation.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
