  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide support for clinical systems and healthcare IT platforms


Collect feedback from clinical users to identify enhancement needs and system improvement opportunities


Test the system before it goes live to make sure everything works smoothly


Conduct training sessions for healthcare professionals through simple training sessions

Provide on-site and remote support to users before, during and after system deployment

Support 24/7 system accessibility by participating in an on-call roster to assist end-users with urgent technical need

Additional Information:

Basic use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint for documentation and presentation
Diploma or degree in a healthcare related (nursing, allied health, medicine) or other degree
Clinical or Healthcare knowledge preferred
