  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our client is looking for M&E Quantity Surveyor in North area.

Job Scope:

Prepare quantity take-offs and source quotations from suppliers/subcontractors.

Review and interpret tender documents, identifying discrepancies.

Ensure accurate quantity measurements and timely submissions.

Prepare and evaluate tender quotations, negotiate and award subcontractor packages.

Ensure timely and complete submission of tender bids.

Set up and monitor project budgets, adjusting for design or scope changes.

Draft and review contracts with subcontractors/suppliers.

Administer contracts, certify work progress, handle VO (Variation Orders).

Evaluate monthly claims and recommend payments.

Finalize accounts with all parties upon project completion.

Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement:

Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying / Mechanical Engineering / related fields.

At least 1 year of relevant experience in Sanitary & Plumbing or M&E projects.


Familiar with AutoCAD, BIM, Photoshop, and MS Office.


Strong in analysis, negotiation, and organization.


Able to work independently and under pressure.
