Key Responsibilities:



Oversee daily warehouse operations including inbound, storage, order fulfillment, and outbound processes.


Coordinate with clients to manage order processing, inventory levels, and service requirements.


Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment rate.


Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.


Support system implementation, updates, and troubleshooting (e.g., WMS, TMS).


Liaise with transport providers for timely dispatch and delivery coordination.


Analyze operational data and provide reports to management with actionable insights.

Supervise and guide junior staff or contract workers when required.



Requirements:


Nitec or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.


Minimum 2 –3 years of experience in contract logistics, 3PL operations, or warehouse management.


Strong understanding of supply chain processes and warehouse best practices.


Proficient in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and MS Office applications.

Able to speak, write and read in English

Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance in logistics operations (optional)




Experience with value-added services (e.g., kitting, labeling, packing).

Forklift license or knowledge of MHE (Material Handling Equipment) is an advantage.
