Introduction:
We’re on the lookout for a Floor Supervisor to help lead the restaurant floor and guide our service team. If you’re passionate about hospitality, enjoy being hands-on, and know how to create memorable guest experiences, we’d love to have you on board.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the floor during service, ensuring smooth flow and seamless coordination between front and back of house
· Support the Assistant Manager in daily operations, team briefings, and shift planning
· Deliver warm, attentive service while setting the standard for the rest of the team
· Assist in onboarding and training new staff, and lead by example at all times
· Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care, turning challenges into opportunities
· Maintain service quality, cleanliness, and ambiance of the restaurant
· Support inventory tracking and ensure mise en place is always ready for service
· Step in wherever needed — whether it’s running food, seating guests, or jumping behind the bar
Qualifications:
· 2+ years of experience in a similar supervisory or senior service role
· A natural leader with strong communication skills and a hands-on approach
· Positive attitude, team player, and cool under pressure
· Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards
· Passion for hospitality and creating meaningful guest interactions
