Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the full spectrum of workers’ payroll, overtime and all related matters (e.g. Levy waiver, CPF submission, Nsmen Make up claim, Govt Paid leave, etc) for a large volume of headcount.
  • Prepare IR21(Tax Clearance) for resignations
  • IR8A for income tax submission.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management and departments as required.
  • Insurance administration
  • Manage leave administration, including leave calculations, approval assignments, and year-end closing
  • Liaising with Data Protection Officer (DPO)
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Knowledge of the Employment Act
  • Training will be provided, no prior experience required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Immediate or short notice candidates would be preferred
  • Experience in Sage Easypay Software would be preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,200.00 - $4,600.00 per month
