Job Responsibilities
- Manage the full spectrum of workers’ payroll, overtime and all related matters (e.g. Levy waiver, CPF submission, Nsmen Make up claim, Govt Paid leave, etc) for a large volume of headcount.
- Prepare IR21(Tax Clearance) for resignations
- IR8A for income tax submission.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management and departments as required.
- Insurance administration
- Manage leave administration, including leave calculations, approval assignments, and year-end closing
- Liaising with Data Protection Officer (DPO)
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Knowledge of the Employment Act
- Training will be provided, no prior experience required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Immediate or short notice candidates would be preferred
- Experience in Sage Easypay Software would be preferred
