Administrative Executive (School of Hospitality)

Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Provide administrative support to School of Hospitality
2. Assist in the development of the academic timetable
3. Provide administrative support for lectures for course delivery requirement and related matters
4. Provide student support with academic enquiries.
5. Collate and analyze academic data and reports for School of Hospitality
6. Support module surveys and class observation as part of quality management.
7. Perform support duties in school events e.g., Graduation, Open House, Parents’ Engagement
8. Perform any other duties assigned by management
Job Requirements:
1. Diploma in Business Administration/Hospitality/Tourism with relevant working experience in administration preferably in the higher education sector
2. Proficient in office IT applications and Microsoft Office suite of application
3. Meticulous and organised
4. Proactive, efficient and able to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment
5. Possess a Service-oriented and growth mindset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,200.00 per month
