Roles & Responsibilites
- To perform all book keeping activities and accounts reporting wok.
- Support in both Account Receivables and Account Payables matters, Reconciliation of bank accounts for all entities.
- Payroll and all associated administration.
- Assist all other admin & ad-hoc related duties. Maintain / Renewal of employees' skills and certification database.
- Preparation of Invoices, Payment Voucher and Giro Payment, to Suppliers.
- Support in HR, bookkeeping and Invoicing.
- Managing of purchasing process, including purchase order and invoices.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
Job Requirements / Qualification
- Minimum Certificate / Diploma in Accounting.
- Minumum 2 years of relevant experiences are preferred.
- XERO, MYOB, Microsoft Office, & Basic Accounting knowledge will be an advantage.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good personality and communication skills.
- Knowledge of handling a full set of accounts )preferred.
- Knowlege of payroll processing, CPF ruling, GST, and Tax regulations (preferred)
- Strong in follow-up.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
