
Telemarketer
Job Description
Are you confident on the phone and driven by results? We’re looking for a Telemarketer to join our team and help generate quality leads while setting appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our company services.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture quality leads through follow-up calls and emails. / Generate quality leads by identifying and qualifying potential clients through outbound calls and follow-up communications.
- Set up appointments with potential clients and follow up on previous engagements.
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads
- Maintain data logs of interactions with potential clients, including contact details, response, and follow-up actions.
- Conduct research and collect contact information of potential clients.
Requirements
1. Fluent in English with excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
2. Preferably with past experience in sales or telemarketing
3. Basic proficiency in using basic office software (eg. Excel, email)
4. Quick to build rapport and able to handle objections effectively.
5. Positive, independent, and results-driven attitude.
6. Knowledge of electronics is a plus.
7. Capable of meeting lead generation and appointment-setting targets.

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per month

Education:
- GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (Preferred)
Experience:
- Telemarketing: 1 year (Preferred)
- Lead generation: 1 year (Preferred)
