About Enterprise Academy
The Enterprise Academy (EA) builds and scales future fluent capabilities for Enterprise Singapore (EnterpriseSG) to stay ahead of the curve. We attract and develop a bench of agile, innovative, and collaborative future leaders for EnterpriseSG, deepen core and leadership skills and competencies through curated development opportunities and sharing of knowledge. We are looking for an administrative extraordinaire to enable our recruitment and learning programmes.
Responsibilities
You will play a key role in building EnterpriseSG’s organisational capabilities by recruiting and developing our most prized assets: our People. You will attract and nurture the best early talent by managing the EnterpriseSG Global Executive Scholarship, Management Associate Programme and Internship.
Beyond administering the hiring process, you will engage prospective hires to share about the work we do at EnterpriseSG creatively, and you will partner our early talent to help them succeed. In doing these, you will be given the platform to experiment and try new ideas.

[What you will be working on]
You will get to:
1. Architect & own our EnterpriseSG Employer Brand strategy among prospective talent
2. Develop our campus engagement and talent attraction strategy to build a robust early talent pipeline
3. Manage and optimise our end-to-end recruitment process of our early talent programmes
4. Design an exceptional and delightful experience to our candidates and internal partners in the recruitment process
5. Enhance efficiency and robustness of our selection processes by leading and project managing change
6. Develop our talent management strategy for our scholarship award recipients and/or Management Associates closely to ensure their success
[What we are looking for]
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should be/have:
- Related experience in talent acquisition and recruitment; campus or graduate recruitment; employer branding and developing and/or executing a Management Associate or Scholarship Programme
- Highly resourceful self-starter with a strong desire to continuously learn and improve
- Curious about the psychology and behaviour of people, and have the drive to ignite continued change
- Engaging, empathetic, and write, speak and present well
- Data fluency: Strong ability to translate data to actionable insights
- Experience in process optimisation, social media marketing, and the application of recruitment technology will be advantageous
