About the Role:

  • Oversee and ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including maintaining office supplies, managing office inventory, and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Manage event schedules, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure accurate booking details are recorded. Address any issues that arise during the event planning or execution.
  • Handle incoming communications (calls, emails), prepare reports, and maintain office records (both physical and digital).
  • Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for both office and event-related needs to ensure seamless execution and high standards.
  • Assist with office-related expenses, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, along with relevant regulations.

About You:

  • Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in any discipline
  • Able to use Microsoft Office tools such as Powerpoint, Excel and Word
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Prior administrative experiences will be an added advantage.
