Service Centre Counter Customer Service Officer (S$2400, mobile: S$30) 2 HCs
Role Description
Responsible for manning walk-in counter at the service centre
Checking of equipment sent in or returned to customers
Recording all defects and fault reported accurately into system
Assist to troubleshoot where applicable for common issues that can be user resolved
Facilitate parts or consumables sale to customers
Preparation of invoices and collection of payments
Banking in of collections with Finance department
Contact customers when required
Liaison with Call Centre for tickets handling
Facilitate machines to deposit into store for repair works
Daily, Weekly and Monthly reconciliation accounts relating to payment received and commercial billings
Possess pleasant personality and enjoy interacting with customers and deliver good customer service and experience
Follow established processes of all equipment movements, recording and tracking between counter and store
Role Requirement
Minimum O Level or above or 3 years relevant working experience
Able to write and communicate clearly and effectively in English
Able to lift equipment of up to 15kg when required
