  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

At Friends Golf, we strive to provide the best customer experience to our customer. We are looking for self motivated individuals who can work towards having extensive product knowledge and excellent customer service in order to ensure that he/ she can promote the company and our services effectively and provide recommendations to all potential leads and customers to keep our company competitive.

We are looking for dynamic individuals to be a part our team.

You shall be:

1. Customer Support

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers.

  • Answer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, or social media.

  • Handle bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations.

  • Explain services like trial lessons, screen golf, or lesson packages.

2. Admin & Operations

  • Manage the booking system and daily schedule (bays, screen rooms, coaches).

  • Track inventory for balls, tees, gloves, or other consumables.

3. Front Desk & Facility Coordination

  • Open/close the venue or ensure smooth shift handovers.

  • Liaise with coaches and café staff for coordination.

  • Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions

• Perform other clerical duties when required.

• Other side project allocated by manager

Candidate’s Checklist:

• Trainings will be provided.

• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply.

• Must be available to work on rotating shift and weekends depending on operations requirement. (Transportation provided for night shift)

• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English (Being bilingual would be an advantage)

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and attention to detail.

• Flexible and able to adapt to any work situation; Excellent problem-solving skills, and know how to think and act under pressure
