Roles & Responsibilities

Position: Reporting to Supply Chain Manager

Key Responsibilities:

· BOM Costing Consolidation: Consolidate Bill of Material (BOM) costs within a specific time period.

· Alternate Component Proposals: Propose alternate component manufacturer parts (MPN) on BOM.

· SAP Data Maintenance: Ensure data integrity and accuracy in the SAP system.

· Supplier Coordination: Negotiate, escalate issues, and coordinate with suppliers on cost and lead time.

· Logistics Monitoring: Monitor and coordinate the logistics of components and materials.

· Stock Management: Conduct stocktaking, re-packing, and labeling of received components and materials.

· Quality Liaison: Handle Return Material Authorisation and quality rejects with suppliers.

· Inventory Maintenance: Maintain the office’s material holding and inventory storage area.

· Supplier Relationship Management: Manage relationships with suppliers on all commercial issues.

Requirements:

· Educational Background: Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or relevant field.

· Experience: Preferably 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or supply chain within EMS/CM sectors.

· Market Knowledge: Good knowledge of the EMS electronic market and competitors is an added advantage.

· Technical Skills: Familiarity with SAP is an added advantage.
