Job Description
• Manage HR initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process across the APAC region.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
• Oversee a mix of inhouse payroll calculation and vendor management for overseas entities.
• Business partnering with the Regional management team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Manager should have:
• Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Proven working experience as HR Business Partner at a fast paced organization, preferably start up setup.
• Knowledge of HR systems including Infotech and well versed in Singapore Labour Law.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
