The Opportunity
• Opportunity to work within a global leader in the Tech industry. This is a newly created role, to oversee and coordinate marketing efforts. The successful candidate will work closely with Cisco's main marketing team to align events and collaborate with key executives in the Customer Experience (CX) team to develop a robust social media profile and content calendar for social activation
• Salary up to $10.5k (subjected to experience)
• Working location: CBD
• Working arrangement: Hybrid (Subject to changes)
• 1 year contract (renewable subjected to performance and business directions)
Job Scope
• Align marketing events with the marketing team to ensure consistency and maximize impact.
• Develop and enhance social media profiles for key CX executives, ensuring alignment with branding and messaging.
• Create and manage a content calendar for social media activation, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and relevant content delivery.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, communications, and sales, to integrate marketing strategies.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, using analytics to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
• Min 5+ years of professional marketing experience in the technology industry (preferably in large MNC)
• Experience in marketing, with a focus on event coordination and social media management.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of marketing activities.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders.
• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues that may arise during program execution.
