  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

The School of Physical and Mathematical Sciences (SPMS) at NTU Singapore hosts research and education activities in two divisions: Division of Mathematical Sciences (MAS) and Division of Physics and Applied Physics (PAP). MAS covers diverse topics ranging from pure mathematics to the applications of mathematics in cryptography, computing, business, and finance. PAP covers many areas of fundamental and applied physics, including quantum information, condensed matter physics, biophysics, and photonics. Over the years, SPMS has attracted talented individuals from around the world and Singapore to join as scientific leaders and researchers.

A Research Assistant position is currently available in SPMS.

This job is for developing novel materials with excellent electronic functionalities for various applications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fabrication of novel materials

  • Investigation of material’ functionalities

  • Data analysis

  • Experimental skills on electrical measurements and electrochemical measurements.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in material or related fields

  • At least 3 years of relevant experiences in material fabrication / technical hands-on experience material science

  • Familiarity with electrical characterization

  • Good written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to develop solutions under strict timelines, meticulous and eye for detials

  • Experimental skills on electrical measurements and electrochemical measurements.
