Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced In-House Legal Counsel to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of PQE, with a strong preference for those with a background in litigation, employment law, and commercial dispute resolution. You will play a key role in advising the business on legal risks, managing disputes, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

* Advise on a broad range of legal matters, with a focus on litigation, employment law, and commercial disputes.

* Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts and agreements.

* Manage and coordinate external counsel on complex litigation or arbitration matters.

* Provide legal support and risk assessment to internal stakeholders across business units.

* Handle employment-related legal issues, including employee disputes, disciplinary matters, and regulatory compliance.

* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.

* Stay updated on changes in legislation and case law relevant to the business.

* Conduct internal training on legal and compliance matters as needed.

Requirements

* Singapore-qualified lawyer with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).

* Proven experience in litigation, employment law, and commercial dispute resolution.

* Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Experience in an in-house legal team or reputable law firm preferred.

Remuneration

* Competitive salary up to S$10,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications1.
