Job Responsibilities :
The Regional Marketing Manager will develop and execute regional integrated marketing strategies to penetrate key markets and drive scaling efforts. This role is pivotal for launching comprehensive, culturally relevant marketing playbooks in collaboration with game publishers, partners, and internal cross-functional teams. The manager will also lead regional marketing team members, ensuring consistent messaging and execution across all channels.Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Strategy: Conduct market research to identify target customers, understand their needs and pain points, and develop compelling value propositions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to uncover opportunities for product differentiation and improvement.
- Influence product roadmap and feature prioritization based on market insights.
- Positioning & Messaging: Define and articulate the unique value proposition of our product.
- Develop and execute positioning strategies that differentiate the product from competitors in the gaming and payments sectors.
- Ensure alignment of messaging across content creation, website updates, email marketing, social media, and other initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Product and Commercial teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution.
- Work closely with Marketing leaders, including those from Digital Marketing, Brand, Loyalty Program and Campaigns, to drive integrated initiatives.
- Track and report key metrics and provide regular updates to the Global Head of Marketing.
- Regional Integrated Marketing Initiatives: Develop and execute regional integrated marketing strategies to effectively penetrate key regions.
- Launch tailored, culturally relevant marketing campaigns to drive growth and increase product adoption in collaboration with game publishers and partners.
Key Requirements:
- Develop and execute regional integrated marketing strategies to effectively penetrate key regions.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 4-5 years of integrated marketing experience in the gaming and payments industries.
- Proven track record of successfully driving go-to-market efforts and launching marketing campaigns, specifically in game publishing, content, or live streaming sectors.
- In-depth understanding of the gaming industry, including familiarity with game publishers, developers, distribution channels, and emerging trends.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships, including influencing C-level executives, partners, and customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills and the capability to interpret data to make informed marketing decisions.
- Flexibility and adaptability with a willingness to experiment and iterate in a dynamic environment.
- Self-driven and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
