Job Description:

This is a contract role for a Quality Control Machine Inspection Supervisor located in Joo Koon. Our clients provide products and solutions that can support a wide range of parts machining processes. The role involves leading, managing, and mentoring a team of machine inspectors to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met. Responsibilities include scheduling and deploying manpower efficiently, planning overtime work, and monitoring team performance. The position also requires preparing weekly and monthly reports on in-house claim findings, overseeing team productivity, and conducting periodic training sessions. Additionally, the role is responsible for reviewing machine document check sheets, ensuring all checkpoints meet acceptance requirements, and verifying necessary documents before machine packing.

Qualifications:

  • A degree or minimum diploma in Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in precision engineering in manufacturing industry
