Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations on specified stations
- Ensure high-quality food by overseeing the procurement and storage of ingredients and supplies.
- Train team members on menu preparation.
- Contribute to developing specials and new food products.
- Enforce sanitation and safety standards to comply with local regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Willingness to learn and go the extra mile
- Honing their craft to be a culinary professional
- Good understanding of the preparations and storage of ingredients
- Having experience in Japanese cuisine is plus!
