Job Description:
This is a contract role for an Assistant Testing & Commissioning Engineer located in Seng Kang Depot. Our client is a Japanese multinational engineering, electrical equipment and electronics corporation headquartered in Tokyo, Japan. You will support the testing and commissioning of the LRT electrical and signalling systems. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing T&C procedures, supervising testing activities, troubleshooting faults, and ensuring compliance with approved procedures. The role involves close coordination with internal teams, including the T&C manager, design engineers, and project stakeholders, as well as external parties such as subcontractors, SBST, and LTA. Additional tasks may be assigned by the project or commissioning manager as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of Electrical T&C experience (MRT/LRT T&C experience in signalling/electrical will be preferred)
- Nitec in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication
- Flexible to work in night shifts
