Engagement Manager – ICT Industry Analyst (12 months contract)
Responsibilities:
Industry Engagement
- Coordinate and liaise with stakeholders to manage engagement requests in line with Business strategic priorities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prepare engagement assessments and management meeting briefs
- Ensure proper logging of engagements and timely closure of follow-up actions
- Support the compilation and consolidation of supplier data for analysis and submission purposes
- Conduct research on trends and developments within the ICT industry landscape
- Provide ad hoc support for other related activities as required
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering, or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the ICT industry or related domains
Skills and Competencies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and planning abilities
- Demonstrated ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Competent in basic data analysis and reporting
- Experience with CRM systems and Tableau is advantageous
- A self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of government administrative processes will be an added advantage.

Salary Range : $6,000.00 – $8,000.00
