
Sales Coordinator
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Liaise with customers and reply for inquiry
• To obtain the quotation from suppliers and subcontractors, if required
• Draft offer to the customers, submit management for approval
• Prepare job cost settlement and invoices billing to the customers
• Make monthly sales summary and update projects sales report
• Prepare sales related documents including job cost report by ERP system and Excel
• To update Company’s brochure and new achievement for sales
REQUIREMENT
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma Level in any field.
• At least 2 years’ work experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good organisation and communication skills.
• Able to work on urgent requirements.
