Regional Head of HR, APAC, Middle East and Africa
Frazer Jones is delighted to be retained and exclusively partnering with a global market leader to appoint a strategic and transformative Vice President, Human Resources for Asia Pacific & Middle East (APME). Based in Singapore, this is a critical leadership role reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer, responsible for shaping and driving the people agenda across a highly diverse and dynamic region.
Key Responsibilities
As a key member of the regional leadership team, this role will play an instrumental part in leading transformation and culture change, driving organisational capability, and enabling business growth through a contemporary and progressive HR operating model. The successful candidate will act as a strategic advisor to the regional President and leadership teams, while partnering closely with global Centres of Expertise and People Services teams to deliver exceptional employee experiences and business outcomes.
Ideal Profile
This appointment requires a seasoned and commercial HR leader with deep expertise in leading large-scale transformation and organisational change within complex, matrixed, global environments. The ability to operate as a true business partner, combined with a sharp commercial mindset and a passion for building high-performance, purpose-led cultures, will be essential.
The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience leading HR in blue-chip, best-in-class global organisations known for HR excellence. A strong track record of partnering manufacturing businesses effectively across APME markets is critical, alongside a proven ability to influence and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across geographies and cultures.
Exposure to a contemporary HR operating model — with the ability to partner and leverage Centres of Expertise and People Services teams — is highly valued. Prior experience working internationally, particularly outside of APME, will be viewed favourably.
