- Over 4 years of hands-on experience in the software industry, with a focus on development or build and release in Java and/or .NET environments.
- Proficient in DevOps tools and automation frameworks, with practical experience using Build, Deployment, and Continuous Integration (CI) tools such as GIT, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Maven, and Gradle.
- Strong coding skills and proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, and Groovy.
- Experience with automation and configuration management tools, such as Chef, Docker, or equivalent, with a focus on rapid provisioning, reliability, and consistency.
- Familiarity with UNIX environments and the provisioning of CI/CD infrastructures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proactive and self-motivated approach to improving existing processes to enable faster iterations.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where iterative changes are deployed in rapid succession.
