Channel Management Executive, APAC
Job Description
As a Channel Management Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners across the APAC region. You will play a key role in driving sales growth, ensuring brand visibility, and optimizing channel performance in the home appliances industry.
Office Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm
Office Location: 158 Cecil Street
Key Responsibilities
Channel Development & Management
- Manage and expand relationships with distributors, retailers, and related channel partners.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners to enhance market penetration.
- Ensure alignment of channel strategies with overall business objectives.
Sales & Performance Management
- Work with partners to achieve sales targets and improve sell-through rates.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management on channel performance.
Operational Coordination
- Coordinate fund support across business units, including reimbursement, data reporting and other related operational duties.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and brand guidelines.
- Address any operational issues and work on continuous improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, branding, and product marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of channel strategies.
- Act as the main point of contact between the related stakeholders.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Public Relations or related fields.
- Experience: 1-3 years in Channel Management or Business Development regionally. Fresh graduates from abovementioned Degree disciplines are welcome to apply, as training will be provided.
- Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a must. Fluency in Chinese is highly advantageous, as there will be interactions with native Chinese speaking counterparts.
- Travel Frequency: Once a month within APAC region.
Skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Knowledge of CRM tools (nice to have) and sales processes.
- Analytical and strategic thinking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
