Job Description

As a Channel Management Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners across the APAC region. You will play a key role in driving sales growth, ensuring brand visibility, and optimizing channel performance in the home appliances industry.

Office Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm

Office Location: 158 Cecil Street

Key Responsibilities

Channel Development & Management

  • Manage and expand relationships with distributors, retailers, and related channel partners.
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners to enhance market penetration.
  • Ensure alignment of channel strategies with overall business objectives.

Sales & Performance Management

  • Work with partners to achieve sales targets and improve sell-through rates.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to management on channel performance.

Operational Coordination

  • Coordinate fund support across business units, including reimbursement, data reporting and other related operational duties.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and brand guidelines.
  • Address any operational issues and work on continuous improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, branding, and product marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of channel strategies.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the related stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Public Relations or related fields.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in Channel Management or Business Development regionally. Fresh graduates from abovementioned Degree disciplines are welcome to apply, as training will be provided.
  • Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a must. Fluency in Chinese is highly advantageous, as there will be interactions with native Chinese speaking counterparts.
  • Travel Frequency: Once a month within APAC region.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (nice to have) and sales processes.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
