
Receptionist with Facilities Management
Location: Raffles Place
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm (1-hour lunch break from 1:00pm to 2:00pm)
Salary: $3,000/month
Contract Period: 3 months, starting 9 June (Extendable)
Job Summary:
We're seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk, facilities, and administrative tasks. As the first point of contact, you'll provide excellent customer service, ensure seamless operations, and support our office events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk reception, attend to visitors, and serve guests
- Coordinate meeting room reservations and assign rooms with necessary technology
- Handle phone calls, emails, and mail with professionalism
- Track visitors, issue passes, and maintain security protocols
- Liaise with building management and vendors as needed
- Ensure meeting rooms are clean and ready for use
- Assist with catering, events, and administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow procedures
- Relevant experience is an advantage
