Reporting to the Head of Business Resilience, the purpose of this role is to assist the Head of Business Resilience in defining and maintain plans to minimize the impact to businesses due to operational disruptions. This includes building and improving business resilience to ensure the PACS is able to respond and recover its business operations effectively and swiftly from disruptions/crisis.

This role will also support the internal business units in PACS by providing Business Continuity Management (“BCM”) and Operational Resilience subject matter expert advisory. This includes conducting training and awareness sessions, responding to regulatory and audit reviews, reporting on control effectiveness and risk to BCM and operational resilience.

Job Description:

  • Assist in the implementation of Operational Resilience, BCM and Crisis Management Policies and Standard in PACS
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with local BCM and Resilience related regulatory requirements.
  • Assist and coordinate Business Continuity (“BC”) activities across PACS.
  • Manages and track follow-up actions from PACS BC Steering Committee and other relevant internal committees concerning BCM matters.
  • Assist in the delivery of BC awareness activities and trainings across PACS.
  • Perform third party assessment on BC and resilience capability.
  • Assist and coordinate on PACS responses and actions to local guidelines published by MoM, MoH and MAS
  • Manages the timely internal reporting to Group and Regional teams on BC and Operational Resilience matters.
  • Assist in the annual review of the BC related policies.
  • Assist in gap assessment of BC regulatory changes.
  • Manages BC enquiries from internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in incident discussion, assessments, and reporting.
  • Assist in Provide support in managing annual BC, ITDR, Call exercise and work with the relevant stakeholders such as IT department and business department and BC coordinators for PACS.


Who we are looking for:

  • At least 3 years of working experience in relevant industry (i.e. financial institutions).
  • Exposure in coordinating or involvement in BC implementation and exercises
  • Self-motivated and team player with positive attitude
  • Able to work independently when needed.
  • Exposure in business impact analysis and incident management procedures
  • Data Protection or Data Privacy related certifications will be an advantage.
  • Business Continuity related certifications will be an advantage.
