You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to guests and be a role model for junior colleagues. The Team Leader - Outlet is responsible for:

  • Assisting the Restaurant Manager in ensuring that the restaurant is managed efficiently according to the established concept statement, providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.
  • Interacting with guests, checking guests' satisafaction and maintaining high-quality service standards.
  • Motivating team members and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Assisting in guiding and providing on-the-job training to junior colleagues.
  • Handling guests' feedback efficiently.
  • Taking ownership of the restaurant's cleanliness, overall look and feel, including decor and atmosphere.
  • Ideally with GCE 'O' Level or a certifcate/diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Minimum 3 years work experience hotel operations.
  • Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
