
System Delivery and Analyst
Responsibilities
System Delivery Management
• Lead the delivery process for system implementations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Oversee the design and configuration of systems to meet business needs and technical specifications.
• Ensure successful deployment and integration of systems across relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project, and system technical documents.
Configuration Management
• Maintain configuration management processes and procedures.
• Define configuration standards and guidelines for systems deployment.
• Execute system configuration activities, ensuring that the system is set up and customized according to client specifications throughout the delivery process.
• Conduct comprehensive testing and validation to verify system functionality, performance, and reliability.
Operational Responsibilities
• Oversee the operational aspects of deployed systems, including monitoring maintenance, and support.
• Respond to system alerts and incidents in a timely manner, troubleshooting issues and coordinating with relevant teams for resolution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues as they arise.
Team Collaboration
• Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate system requirements and delivery efforts.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or questions.
Continuous Improvement
• Identify opportunities to improve system delivery and configuration processes.
• Implement best practices and standards to optimize system performance, efficiency, and reliability.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience in Facilities Management Systems, and System Integrations is highly appreciated.
• Excellent written, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
