• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues as they arise.

Team Collaboration

• Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate system requirements and delivery efforts.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or questions.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve system delivery and configuration processes.

• Implement best practices and standards to optimize system performance, efficiency, and reliability.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.

• Experience in Facilities Management Systems, and System Integrations is highly appreciated.

• Excellent written, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
