The Role
We’re seeking an experienced Physiotherapist ( Senior ) to join the dynamic team. You’ll work closely with patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions, designing tailored rehab programs to optimize recovery in a collaborative clinic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose movement disorders, pain, and functional limitations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, electrotherapy, and neurological rehab techniques.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and adaptive strategies.
- Collaborate with doctors, occupational therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with AHPC guidelines and MOH standards.
- Supervise junior physiotherapists and contribute to clinical mentorship programs.
Who We’re Looking For
- Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
Full AHPC registration (mandatory).
Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience in musculoskeletal/neurological rehabilitation (senior roles require 5+ years). - Skills:
Expertise in manual therapy, post-operative rehab, and chronic pain management.
Proficiency with rehab technologies (e.g., hydrotherapy, shockwave therapy, biofeedback).
Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin/Malay/Tamil is a plus.
