We are seeking for a seasoned and dynamic Centre Principal or Cluster Principal with a strong background in leadership, team management, and effective parent communication. The ideal candidate is also strategic and marketing-savvy, with a passion for driving enrolment through innovative outreach initiatives. A willingness to participate in weekend events and activities to support enrolment efforts is essential (OT or off-in-lieu will be provided). This is a key leadership role for someone who is hands-on, proactive, and committed to the growth and success of the organization.

The Responsibilities:

  • Determine the requirements that must be met regarding licensing, health and safety regulations from local regulatory agencies right from the start.
  • Mentor the teachers to facilitate collaborative approaches to learning, teaching and evaluation so as to raise performance standards and competencies.
  • Provide leadership for setting overall goals for the school as a basis for curriculum objectives.
  • Prepare budget and control budget expenditures.
  • Collect tuition fee and manage disbursement of cash for purchases.
  • Keep adequate records of income and expenditures.
  • Prepare monthly reports for the board and senior management.

What it Takes:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education – Teaching & Leadership
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education will be advantageous
  • Able to vet Chinese Curriculum
  • Minimum 3 years’ teaching and management experience in a childcare/preschool
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong interpersonal abilities, especially in building rapport with parents
  • Creative marketing ideas to help drive enrolment growth
  • Willingness to commit to weekend events or activities to support centre visibility and enrolment efforts (OT or Off-in-Lieu will be provided)
