  • Support the origination, evaluation, and execution of private credit transactions across diverse sectors and capital structures.

  • Experience reviewing and negotiating loan documentation (e.g., term sheets, credit agreements).

  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; CFA or MBA a plus.
