Private Credit - Investment Associate
Support the origination, evaluation, and execution of private credit transactions across diverse sectors and capital structures.
Perform in-depth credit analysis, financial modeling, and company valuation.
Prepare investment committee materials, internal memos, and term sheets.
Conduct due diligence across legal, financial, and commercial workstreams.
Monitor existing portfolio investments and track performance metrics.
Maintain deal pipeline reporting and contribute to market/sector research.
Interface with external advisors, borrowers, and internal stakeholders.
2-5 years of relevant experience in private credit, leveraged finance, investment banking, or principal investing.
Strong understanding of credit structures, underwriting, and risk assessment.
Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills; experience with LBO or debt structuring a plus.
Experience reviewing and negotiating loan documentation (e.g., term sheets, credit agreements).
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; CFA or MBA a plus.
