Key Responsibilities:
Team Building & Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and develop a dynamic sales team from the ground up.
- Foster a performance-oriented culture through coaching, mentoring, and motivation.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and team briefings to align goals and expectations.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to meet dealership objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor performance to identify new business opportunities.
- Set monthly and quarterly targets and monitor team performance against KPIs.
Training & Development:
- Organize ongoing training programs and weekly sales meetings to enhance team skills.
- Promote continuous learning and professional development within the team.
Customer Experience:
- Ensure the delivery of an outstanding customer experience across the sales process.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints to ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Implement customer retention and referral programs.
Operational Oversight:
- Ensure accurate vehicle pricing, trade-in appraisals, and deal structuring.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with other departments to ensure vehicle availability.
- Oversee the visual presentation and cleanliness of the sales showroom and lot.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in automotive sales, with at least 2-3 years in a management or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the vehicle sales process, financing options, and customer service best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
