Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and team briefings to align goals and expectations.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to meet dealership objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor performance to identify new business opportunities.
  • Set monthly and quarterly targets and monitor team performance against KPIs.

Training & Development:

  • Organize ongoing training programs and weekly sales meetings to enhance team skills.
  • Promote continuous learning and professional development within the team.

Customer Experience:

  • Ensure the delivery of an outstanding customer experience across the sales process.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints to ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Implement customer retention and referral programs.

Operational Oversight:

  • Ensure accurate vehicle pricing, trade-in appraisals, and deal structuring.
  • Monitor inventory levels and work with other departments to ensure vehicle availability.
  • Oversee the visual presentation and cleanliness of the sales showroom and lot.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in automotive sales, with at least 2-3 years in a management or leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of the vehicle sales process, financing options, and customer service best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action.
