Working hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours

Salary: 12 – 13 / hour

Job Description:

· Support the end-to-end implementation of Learning and Development (L&D) programmes to ensure relevance, maintenance of standards and alignment to Company’s goals and objectives:

· Learning Programme Coordination and Preparation: Plan and manage training schedules, coordinate with trainers, facilitators, and participants. Prepare and organise training materials, ensure the smooth execution of training sessions.

· Reporting: Gather and prepare report required for submission to stakeholders and partners. Prepare comprehensive reports on training outcomes and metrics.

· Training Documentation: Ensure training records are updated, provide insights and recommendations based on evaluation data.

· eLearning Platform: Maintain and update learning content. Manager user accounts and troubleshoot issues.

· Support events such as staff wellness, process/ work improvement review projects etc.

Requirements:

· Minimum A Level / Diploma in any discipline

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

· Possess good communication and analytical skills

· Able to work with diverse and multi-disciplinary team
