Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver data-driven performance insights to support strategic and commercial decisions.
  • Partner with business heads on revenue, cost, and productivity optimization.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning processes.
  • Enhance management reporting through automation and visualization tools.
  • Drive finance transformation initiatives focused on analytics, agility, and impact.
  • Collaborate across Finance, Strategy, Risk, and Tech to align reporting and planning.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in business finance, FP&A, or performance management, ideally within banking or financial services.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen with experience in planning cycles.
  • Skilled in financial systems and tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent communicator with proven stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, agile, and passionate about shaping the future of finance.
