How do i turn this on?

  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  5. In the JavaScript window, toggle the slider to "on" or "allowed."

  7. Refresh the page.

  • Liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers & other parties involved in the project.
  • Liaise with construction/design team to prepare document for Request for Quotation (RFQ) or Open Tender.
  • Assist Project Contract Manager with quantity surveying matters relevant to Sub-Contract, Works Order and Purchase Order.
  • Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions, preparation of final accounts.
  • Sourcing for supplier and sub-contractor, collate price comparison and costing summary.
  • Evaluation and certification of sub-contractors’ progress payments.
  • Good knowledge of reading specifications and building drawings.
  • Prepare project budgeting and costing reports.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years’ working experience in Quantity Surveying in main contractor
  • Experience with LTA or building projects
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent
