Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Prepare bank reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger updates.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all finance-related records.
- Process staff claims, supplier invoices, and petty cash.
- Assist in monthly and year-end closing activities.
- Support preparation of financial reports, audit schedules, and tax filings.
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments on payment and invoicing matters.
- Assist in inventory, fixed assets, and cash flow tracking if applicable.
- Perform any other ad hoc finance duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks, SAP).
- Experience in handling multi-currency transactions and basic tax/GST knowledge is a plus.
