Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger updates.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of all finance-related records.
  • Process staff claims, supplier invoices, and petty cash.
  • Assist in monthly and year-end closing activities.
  • Support preparation of financial reports, audit schedules, and tax filings.
  • Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments on payment and invoicing matters.
  • Assist in inventory, fixed assets, and cash flow tracking if applicable.
  • Perform any other ad hoc finance duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks, SAP).
  • Experience in handling multi-currency transactions and basic tax/GST knowledge is a plus.
