Deputy Treasury Director

Job Responsibilities:
1. Capital Management:
- Collect and analyse policies, regulations, and financial information related to capital markets and funding.
- Provide strategic capital recommendations to support the Group’s funding objectives.
- Establish and enhance capital management frameworks to ensure the accurate and timely recording of all funding transactions.
- Prepare monthly repayment schedules and assist in the development of monthly capital utilisation plans.
- Liaise with financial institutions to ensure post-financing compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.
2. Capital Execution:
- Implement approved treasury strategies and capital plans, ensuring timely execution and internal approval processes.
- Maintain effective communication with banks and financial institutions to facilitate smooth progress of funding matters.
- Work closely with operational departments to obtain accurate business updates and ensure prompt and reliable reporting to financing partners.
3. Cash & Treasury Operations:
- Consolidate cash flow plans and budget forecasts for the Group’s entities, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor and oversee treasury accounts across Group companies.
- Support the CFO in centralised cash management and resource allocation.
- Conduct capital flow analysis and coordinate internal fund transfers to optimise utilisation, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
4. Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead the Treasury Department, define departmental goals and work plans, and oversee implementation upon approval.
- Foster team development through structured training, performance management, and talent pipeline building.
- Strengthen team capabilities in capital management and treasury operations through effective coaching and professional development initiatives.
Skillsets:
- Strong understanding of capital raising processes and treasury operations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in financial analysis, planning, and risk mitigation related to funding and cash flow.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in capital management, treasury, or corporate finance.
- Language Proficiency: Bilingual (English & Chinese) would be preferred to converse with stakeholders and managements.
