  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

Role Overview

Join our team as a Full-Stack AI Developer and help build business-critical AI-enhanced workflows that automate knowledge work for major corporate and government clients. In this early-career role, you will work under the guidance of experienced tech project leads (former leaders from Microsoft, Accenture, Oracle, and other world-class organisations), developing end-to-end solutions using a modern AI tech stack. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop AI-Powered Applications: Design, code, and maintain full-stack web applications that incorporate AI capabilities (e.g. integrating ML models or AI APIs into front-end and back-end systems).
  • AI Integration & Workflow Automation: Use AI API gateways and workflow automation/orchestration tools (such as Airia, n8n, Zapier, Make, Workato, etc.) to connect AI services with existing business systems, creating intelligent end-to-end workflows.
  • Client Engagement: Work closely with customer stakeholders in enterprise and government (e.g. banks, ministries, telecoms) – gather requirements, demo solutions, and ensure our AI-driven workflows meet real-world needs.
  • Documentation & Presentation: Write/generate clear technical documentation and prepare presentation materials for both technical and non-technical audiences. You’ll help explain complex AI solutions in simple terms and contribute to user guides and project reports.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate within a larger development team using agile methodologies. You will pair with senior engineers and project managers to brainstorm solutions, code-review each other’s work, and deliver quality results on time. Under the mentorship of industry veterans, you’ll learn best practices in software engineering and AI deployment.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Fresh graduates or developers with ~1-3 years of experience (including internships or notable projects) are encouraged to apply.
  • Full-Stack Development: Hands-on experience building web applications. Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks (e.g. React, Angular or Vue) and backend development (Node.js/TypeScript, Python with FastAPI/Flask/Django, or similar). Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and creating RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
  • AI & ML Technologies: Exposure to AI/ML concepts and tools – e.g. using Python ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) or working with AI APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.). You should understand how to incorporate AI models or services into applications, even if you haven’t built models from scratch.
  • Workflow Automation Tools: Experience with or willingness to learn AI orchestration and automation platforms such as Airia (enterprise AI workflow platform), n8n (open-source automation tool), or comparable tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), Workato, or Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Cloud & DevOps (Bonus): Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying applications or AI services. Understanding of containerization (Docker) and version control (Git) is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving & Learning: Strong analytical mindset with a desire to solve complex problems. Able to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving project requirements – especially important in the fast-moving AI landscape.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Comfortable working with clients and cross-functional teams — you can articulate technical ideas clearly, listen to client needs, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
