
Front-Desk / Receptionist
Are you a friendly and customer-focused individual looking for an opportunity in a dynamic retail environment? We are hiring a Front Desk / Receptionist, with both part-time and full-time opportunities available. This role welcomes applicants of all ages, including seniors.
Your Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement – Greet and assist customers, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience.
- Language Support – Communicate in English and Mandarin / Malay / Tamil to cater to a diverse customer base.
- Stock Management – Assist with stocktaking and inventory tracking.
- Payment Handling – Process transactions and manage basic cashier duties.
- Comfortable with Digital platforms: Google Drive, Gmail, Whatsapp, and social media platforms for Scheduling and Data Entry
- General Inquiries – Answer phone calls and assist with customer questions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly and approachable personality with good communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and at least one other language (Mandarin / Malay / Tamil) preferred.
- Basic computer skills for handling transactions and Admin tasks (training provided if needed).
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to learn computing skills.
- Open to seniors who enjoy interacting with people.
